  The Host Lawrence was fantastic. The owners are great people, they know all about the homestead's history and the former owners of the Homestead. Met Mrs Ryan too whom had tales to tell of things going on over the years.

  Interactions are different for everyone. Need to experience it yourself and make your own judgement. Even if just for the historical homestead, restoration and antiques.

  Lovely old house and out buildings. Would be a pickers dream if all the old wares in the house and coach house were for sale.

  Visited Monte Christo Homestead a while ago, had dinner, the Ghost Tour, enjoyed desert and stayed the night.

  Was sceptical at first, but not long after arriving some unexplained things happened that I can't explain. Took lots of photos of which I shared on Google Maps of which I can't explain a few things, have a look for yourself; decide for yourself. Worth a visit to Monte Christo Homestead in Junee if you want to see and experience it for yourself. The ghost tour was worth it and something's were experienced that are not explainable.

  beautiful homestead...Ive been here a few times taking family for a look see..I did the night ghost tour just this year, was very interesting.

  A fascinating historical homestead that is well worth a visit. Monte Cristo bills itself as a haunted house. I have been here many times and experienced nothing. They also have a CD player playing spooky noises under a chair by the front door which doesn't lend credibility to the idea of this place being haunted. Having said all this many people do experience unusual phenomena at this house so maybe there is something paranormal happening. Whether you go for the ghosts or the antiques you are bound to see something of interest.

  Had a long chat with Mrs Ryan. Lovely lady. What they did to the house to bring it back from ruin was remarkable.
